11 Insane Flavored Bacons You’ll Crave

We’ve traveled several states to compile this list of our favorite flavored bacons and we think these are simply the best of the best. Some of the flavors are absolutely insane like Pumpkin Pie Spiced and Tangy Dill Pickle bacon. They sound crazy, but are absolutely incredible to try!

All of the flavored bacons are cured using real smoked wood using time honored recipes and then rubbed with flavorings and spices to achieve the desired flavor.

1. Honey Barbecue Flavored Bacon

A mildly flavored bacon from Woods Smoked Meats in Bowling Green, Missouri, it has a flavor that the kids are sure to enjoy.

2. Infamous Black Pepper Bacon

We’ve tried a few peppered bacons from RJ’s Meats of Hudson, Wisconsin, but this one makes our list. A great hint of black pepper finishes off each bite of this scrumptious bacon. 

3. Italian Bacon

One of the best bacons I have ever eaten (flavored or not), the blend of spices used by McDonald’s Meats of Clear Lake, Minnesota is so irresistible. Make the stop off of I-94 between St. Cloud and the Twin Cities to check it out.

4. Raspberry Chipotle

Sweet and spicy! Just a good all around bacon with nice flavor. This one is made by Nolechek’s Meats of Thorp, Wisconsin. 

5. Pumpkin Pie Spiced

A seasonal bacon made by Grand Champion Meats in Foley, Minnesota, this bacon sounds simply…strange. I was pleasantly surprised by the pleasant aroma and sweet flavor of this bacon and I can’t wait until the fall. Read our original review.

6. Apple Cinnamon

Apple Cinnamon is a popular flavored bacon made by many different meat markets. You can find this one across the country. We happen to know a few who make some of the best Apple Cinnamon bacon. 

7. Jalapeño Bacon

Another great spicy bacon, the flavor starts off mild and cranks right up! It is a uniquely flavored bacon that all spice lovers have to try. Found at McDonald’s Meats in Clear Lake, Minnesota.

8. Cajun Style

If you like spicy this is the one for you! Holy buckets, Batman, your mouth will be on fire! 

9. Hungarian Style

Bernie’s Fine Meats in Port Washington, Wisconsin makes a nice spicy Hungarian style bacon with a mean spiciness.

10. Chipotle Lime

Another entry from Woods Smoked meats, this one has a hint of heat with a splash of lime. A great bacon for summer. 

11. Tangy Dill Pickle

I never thought I would like the combination of pickles and bacon, but this is an insane flavor worth trying. The dill really adds something to this already good hickory smoked bacon. Made by Grand Champion Meats in Foley, Minnesota.
