What you can expect each month
You will receive a Renewal Order email on the 8th.
This is the order our system generates so we know to ship your bacon. If you have any questions or concerns that month, please reference the order number in that email.
You will have three (3) days to make delivery changes.
Need to send to a different address that month? Going to be out of town and not able to accept packages? Simply reply to the email with your changes and we’ll take care of you.
Shipments are sent in the middle of the month.
The nearest Monday or Tuesday to the 15th of the month is when we will ship your bacon package. This keeps the bacon fresh and not stuck in a postal warehouse spoiling over the weekend.
We will email you a tracking number.
Once we ship you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delivery takes about 2-3 days after shipping.
Be sure that someone will be available to receive the package. The bacon will need to be refrigerated or frozen immediately.
We will email you after we confirm delivery has taken place.
You will receive a delivery email once delivery has been confirmed for your package.
