Where is my order?
Each product shows the estimated delivery date for your order on the product page when ordering, at checkout, and on your email receipt. We strive to fulfill each order within that estimated range.
You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number at the email address you provided in your order once the package is in transit.

Due to the nature of our perishable products, we are not able to accept returns. We want your total satisfaction. We will gladly replace your order if it does not arrive in awesome condition! Products will not always arrive frozen.
Customers should be aware that when ordering perishable products, timely acceptance of delivery is important. Please monitor your tracking number and plan accordingly.
