  • The best country bacon on the market.
  • Hand crafted by one of the most award winning meat markets in America.

Live Like the Good Old Days.

Take a step back in time to when meats were cured and smoked using traditional old world methods resulting in rich flavors and minimal shrinkage during cooking. Hand crafted from the most awarded meat market in America comes this dry cured, no water added Country Bacon.

The dry curing process yields a much deeper flavor profile than the more commonly wet cured bacon. The real hickory wood smoke deeply penetrates during the long smoking period. A hint of saltiness rounds out the full flavor of this old fashion, gourmet bacon.

Are you looking to send a gift to bacon lover? He or she will appreciate this distinctive, dry cured bacon. Works very well in BLT’s, as a side dish to a breakfast feast, or chopped and sprinkled on a salad.
