When will my order be shipped?
Your order will ship only on Mondays, Tuesdays, and some Wednesdays of each week. The reason for this is to ensure that the freshest possible product arrives at your door unspoiled and isn’t left sitting in a warehouse over a weekend or holiday. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.
How will my meat stay fresh during shipping?
We provide our vendors with the highest quality coolers available on the market which have been tested to meet our rigorous standards. All of our perishable products ship frozen and are packed into the coolers, along with frozen gel packs to ensure that your order will arrive at a minimum of refrigerated temperature. We do not ship with dry ice.
My order did not arrive frozen.
Most orders shipped using ground shipping will not arrive as frozen as they were packed, but you can rest assured that your meats are still at a safe temperature. Our packaging materials and process is designed to ensure that your meats arrive fresh to your door. Once you receive your order of perishable meat products, you should refrigerate it as soon as possible.
